An application to amend the General Plan and the Mission Bay Park Master Plan and Local Coastal Land Use Plan to incorporate the updated 2020 SeaWorld Master Plan by reference, covering future site enhancements and design guidelines across five planning areas of the 189.4-acre site at 500 Sea World Drive. The Commission is asked to recommend that the City Council approve or deny.
