Staff asks the Council to receive and file the report required by Government Code 65858(d) on steps taken since the Council adopted a 45-day moratorium on data centers and similar high-intensity computing uses citywide. Staff says it is still studying possible General Plan and zoning changes and will ask the Council to extend the moratorium at an October 7, 2026 public hearing.
