T-Mobile seeks approval for continued operation of an existing, previously approved wireless communications facility at 800 Seacoast Drive, with a CEQA exemption under Section 15301. Council is asked to adopt Resolution 2026-074 approving a coastal permit, conditional use permit, design review and site plan review.
Staff recommendation: Adopt Resolution 2026-074, approving Regular Coastal Permit (CP-25-0006), Conditional Use Permit (CUP-25-0004), Design Review Case (DRC-25-0005), and Site Plan Review (SPR-25-0005), subject to conditions.
