De Bartolo Rimanic Design Studio seeks design approval to build two three-story detached residential triplexes with 12 off-street parking spaces at 620-630 Seacoast Drive, with a CEQA categorical exemption. The Board is asked to give input on a request to increase maximum lot coverage and recommend approval to the City Council.
Staff recommendation: That the Design Review Board consider the design of the proposed residential development; provide staff with input regarding the request to increase the maximum lot coverage requirement; and recommend approval of the Project design to the City Council.
