The owners of 535 Serpentine Drive request Design Review and Land Conservation Permits to remodel a two-story residence in the R1-10 zone. Work includes enclosing 66 sq ft of porch, a new 54 sq ft elevator, roof and material changes, retaining walls up to 4 feet high, and grading. The Board is asked to adopt a resolution approving the permits.
