The City Council will hold a public hearing on a conditional use permit for on-site sale of beer, wine and distilled spirits (ABC Type-47) and live entertainment at the existing Manila Bistro restaurant at 933 South Harbison Avenue. Staff asks the Council to find the project categorically exempt from CEQA and approve the permit by resolution.
Staff recommendation: Hold the Public Hearing and adopt the resolution finding the project categorically exempt from CEQA (Class 1, Section 15301, Existing Facilities) and approving the conditional use permit.
