Site development plan review for construction of a new two-story commercial anchor tenant building of up to 165,000 sq. ft. at 5550 Grossmont Center Drive in the C-G-D zone. The Commission is asked to adopt a resolution approving the Site Development Plan with conditions of approval.
Staff recommendation: Adopt a resolution (Attachment A) approving the Site Development Plan, subject to the attached conditions of approval.
