6.1.Consideration of Chula Vista Municipal Code (CVMC) Amendments and a Clarification to the Freeway Commercial Sectional Planning Area (SPA) Plan

The Planning Commission is asked to hold a public hearing on amendments to Chula Vista Municipal Code Titles 2, 17 and 19 and a clarification to the Freeway Commercial SPA Plan Use Matrix, and to recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance and approve a resolution. The proposal is exempt from CEQA under the common sense exemption.
Staff recommendation: Conduct the public hearing and recommend the City Council adopt an ordinance amending CVMC Title 2, Title 17 and Title 19, and approve a resolution clarifying the Freeway Commercial SPA Plan Use Matrix.
