Fairfield Residential seeks a Site Development Plan for a 320-unit, four-to-six-story apartment building with a 556-space attached parking structure on 5.32 acres at the southwest corner of Palomar Airport Road and Gateway Road. The project uses State Density Bonus Law with five waivers, including a 68-foot height, and 43 affordable units. Commission is asked to approve the plan and a CEQA statutory exemption.
