The Commission is asked to adopt a resolution approving a CEQA exemption and a Coastal Development Permit for a new 4,315-square-foot, two-story single-family residence with an attached 553-square-foot two-car garage on a vacant 0.2-acre lot at the southeast corner of Magnolia Avenue and Grecourt Way, in the Mello II segment of the Local Coastal Program.
Staff recommendation: Take public input, close the public hearing, and adopt a Resolution.
